problem with console

It looks like that is a self-hosted blog running the software from WordPress.org, and not a WordPress.com site which is a separate thing.

You may also be able to get help from the WordPress.org support forums.

Thank you. But my site is registered on WordPress.com, and I can log in to the site WordPress.com and manage my site. But I can not enter the site console.

While your site may be connected to a WordPress.com account via Jetpack, it is not hosted here at WordPress.com.
It is hosted by Hostinger.
Where the site is hosted determines where support for the site is handled.
As your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com, we can not support it here at WordPress.com.
Please try posting your question in the WordPress.org support forums. This is where support is handled for self-hosted sites.

The problem was solved in the following way: the folder “wp-admin” on the site was replaced with the same folder from the original distribution. Can someone help, because I did not find an answer on the Internet.
Проблема была решена следующим способом: была заменена папка “wp-admin” на сайте на такую же папку из оригинального дистрибутива.
Может кому-то поможет, потому что я не нашел ответа в интернете.
