problem with contact form

  i want to add a contact form to my site. i stupidly put my details in the contact form and now no matter what i do every time i try to add the form it shows my details. how can i clear my details off so that when i add the form its blank?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is the intended functionality.

  You will see your own contact information pre-filled in the form, but your users will not. They will either see their own pre-filled information or a blank form.

  Try logging out of WordPress.com and viewing the form.

  Thank you so much, have logged out and looked and as youve said its all blank. Can't believe i have spent hours trying to sort it out. feel a bit stupid now but so pleased its sorted. many thanks :)
