Problem With Creating New Account

    My daughter deleted her previous account to start fresh, when she tried to make a new account it said there was a account previously created by that email. She clicked on the log in button and it said: ‘ This account is deleted.’ Shes stuckin a vicious loop, what can she do, please call me at Thank you
