Problem with creator plan.

    Hello,
    I would like to purchase the creator plan for my website. But I am only able to choose the 1 year 2 year or 3-year plan. I would like to use the month-to-month option. Why is that not available?

    Hi there, if you are looking to upgrade your above free WordPress.com website, when you are in the site’s dashboard at https://wordpress.com/plans/ you should see the option for “Pay monthly” from the drop down menu above the plan descriptions. If you don’t see that, you should be able to switch to the Monthly option after you add the Annual plan to your cart.

    Things to keep in mind when paying monthly for the Creator plan:

    1. Paying for 12 months on the monthly plan is much more expensive than an annual plan
    2. The Monthly plan does not include a new custom domain name for the first year
    3. The Monthly plan does not include access to Live Chat.

    The Annual plan can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn’t work out for you, while the Monthly plan has a 7-day refund window. https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/
