  Ignore it. Those who designed these warnings (it’s not WP) have the opinion that h-something should be uniform throughout a site, but that’s an exaggeration. It makes sense not to have fifteen different styles for various h4s, but there’s no real reason why, say, your widget titles should be the same as h4s in posts.
