Problem with CSS files? Please help

  As I was inspecting an element on a website, I noticed that there are some css rules that aren’t on the Theme Stylesheet under Editor.
  When I click on ” View Page source,” I can see three to four style sheets that have all the rules yet there’s only one listed under Editor tab.
  My question is how to edit all the CSS codes on WordPress.

  We cannot edit the CSS on WordPress.com.

  We can only override the existing styles using the CSS Editor that is part of paid Custom Design upgrade.

  Please let me know if you need specific styles so I can give it a try :-)
