Problem With Custom Design

  I purchased a value bundle yesterday. But when I try to custom design my blog today I am told I need to make an extra purchase. This should be included, no?

  Yes, the custom design upgrade is included in the value bundle.
  However the upgrade was attached to another blog that you have since then deleted.
  I’ve moved it to http://jackryaninternational.wordpress.com/ so it should be ok now.
