problem with Custom Design upgrade

  After purchasing the Custom Design upgrade, our blog — I believe this is the correct technical term — puked. The tabs across the top of the blog disappeared, and in general the formatting became completely screwed up. Wish i had taken a screen print that showed the effect, but I didn’t.

  I immediately cancelled the upgrade and — mercifully — the blog returned to its prior pristine state.

  Would definitely like to proceed with the upgrade, but only if it is puke-free.

  Any ideas?

  Hi there!

  The Custom Design upgrade should not affect your site unless you actively make changes to the appearance through the Customizer.

  I see you currently have the Custom Design upgrade active. Were you able to figure this out?

  Good now. When I purchased the upgrade, I neglected to deselect the check box that carried forward the CSS code. After requesting a refund, then re-installing, all good.
