Problem with Custom Theme upgrade

I recently purchased the On Demand upgrade and had lots of glitches. I got so frustrated I converted back to my free theme. Here is what went wrong:
    1. Header and title: Thirdeyemom: Exploring the world…: This got completed garbled up and I could not figure out for the life of me how to fix it.
    2. The photos under “Recent posts” some were there and the other half were these crazy rainbow like photos. Not sure why they would not automatically show up.
    3. When I clicked on the link to each post, all the writing was out of alignment and a gray color that hardly showed up. Not sure if this is the custom upgrade but to go back through over 300 posts to fix it would be terrible.
    4. Finally, I could not figure out how to make the right hand column “Featured Posts”.

I know this is a TON of questions but I am so frustrated and don’t know how to proceed. Is it best to just keep with the free theme or is there a tutorial or some way for me to figure out how to change all this? My last thought was hiring a web designer since I purchased the CCS upgrade. WOuld they be able to make all these changes for me?

  • In this case, I recommend contacting the developer directly for help: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/on-demand

For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
