Problem with display

Hi I have two issues on the site – [redacted]
1.The Viewing Orders page does not show me the pictures of the products ordered (worked and stopped working).
2.There is a problem with the emails sent to customers.
For example: a customer ordered 3 products (on the orders page in the site’s control panel you see the 3 products) but the customer receives an email with 2 products and the amount of the 3 products. -
