Problem with display of submenus in WordPress site on desktop/lapto
-
Hello,
I’m having a problem with the display of submenu on my WordPress (WP) site. The submenus on my WordPress site (http://onlinemathbiz.com/) not being displayed properly on desktop/laptop, but displayed correctly on mobile. For example, on my site, I see that ‘test submenu’ is under ‘Parisian life’, but it doesn’t show up on desktop/laptop, but does on mobile. However, when you click on the dropdown submenu, it does take you to the page ‘test submenu’ (http://onlinemathbiz.com/test-submenu/), even though ‘test submenu’ isn’t being displayed. I’d appreciate if you could please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with HostGator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.
