Problem with DNS redirect from Register.com

  Can’t get the redirect to work from register.com.
  Register.com support says this:

  ” Subject
  I need to have my wordpress account use the register.com domain. I worked with a…

  All we can do as your domain Registrar is point your domain name which we have to the name servers below:

  Name Server: NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  Name Server: NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  Name Server: NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  You will need to contact WordPress to find out as to why your site is not live, if you need to update the name servers please contact us as soon you know the new ones.”

  So I followed the WordPress instructions for redirect. The WordPress site my dashboard indicates that it is validated. But the kimballpeterson.com address doesn’t work. Any ideas?

  Redirect or domain mapping?

  Did you follow these instructions?

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Also pay special attention to what is set for the Primary domain

  Confirm Primary Blog Settings

  You’ve set a different domain (KimballPeterson.com) as primary for kimballpeterson.wordpress.com. Although you can map more than one domain to your blog, only one can be primary.

  Yes, I followed the directions and checked the KimballPeterson.com box
