Problem with domain

    Hi,

    on January 20th i purchased a domain on wordpress.com (happymelodie.com) and made a mistake so i decided to cancel it about 15minutes later. I’ve been refund and confirmed that everything was cancelled.
    Since then i decided to get my domain on OVH but unfortunately it seems like it’s still unavailable even though i canceled it immediately after purchase.
    Could you please let me know when it will be available for me again, or if i have to transfert it to OVH, could you please give me the AUTHINFO id number?

    Hello –

    Typically it takes about 5 days for the domain to be released after cancellation like you’ve described. We do not receive any notification of when this will occur. My suggestion is to try and register it daily until you are successful.

    The domain will need to be registered again through OVH or your choice. Because it was cancelled it is not transferrable.

    It’s possible for someone else to register the domain ahead of you when it first is released In this situation there’s nothing else we can do to help you recover the domain as someone else owns it.
