  I already have a domain and want to put it in my wordpress but i cannot. help me please

  Can you clarify if you want to use that domain here at WordPress.com or if you’re trying to update your existing site at benaichaaisyah.com?

  You should be able to use the domain here at WordPress.com by upgrading to a WordPress.com plan on your site (Personal, Premium, Business, or eCommerce.) then add domain mapping to use your domain here.
