Problem with domain mapping.

  I have followed the instructions for domain mapping. Dashboard says its active but when I enter the new URL it goes to the parked site from my domain vendor: http://www.placebettingtips.co.uk/

  Any suggestions? Thanks

  WordPress was having problems with the domain service earlier today and the problem was fixed an hour ago. I would give the servers some time to update and reflect those changes across WordPress.com. If problem persists after a few hours, repost here saying it still doesn’t work and you still need help.

  Hi, I have tried again. It appears to be working but when I enter the URL it says ‘This webpage has a redirect loop’. This only happens when the new domain is set as the primary.

  Any ideas what this means and how it can be fixed?

  Don’t worry, it looks like an issue with Chrome, as the site loads fine on Firefox

  A redirect loop is when the site redirects back to itself, creating an endless loop, which can an error.
