Problem with domain purchase

I added a domain and I can’t use it for my intended purpose – (1) it was supposed to be maliamallory.me and you gave me maliamallorydotme which looks silly. (2) I got the site to use the prettylinks plug in and you won’t allow it. I’d like a refund please since this was not evident that you would limit in this way. It isn’t a ‘free’ site since I paid through paypal. Please advise.

You’re welcome to change the URL address of your site. You can follow the instructions for doing so here:

I got the site to use the prettylinks plug in and you won’t allow it.
As for the prettylink plug in, custom third-party plugins are only available for self-hosted WordPress.org websites. However, your WordPress.com site has many of these features built in.
Would you like to get something specific with this plugin? I’d be happy to help you find it.

I can’t see any payment history in your account at the moment. Maybe you’re referring to a WordPress.org site? The two WordPress are different. More info about that can be found at this page:
