problem with domain renewal

  I have just had an email advising me to renew my domain name ending .org which I have done. (It expired in July).However my premium upgrade is due for renewal in June and that should include a free domain name. The only domain name I use is the . org one so I will be paying twice Can someone from WordPress Support help me with this? I have spent ages trying to find a way to contact WordPress about it but no success- very frustrating.

  I’ve got that sorted out for you.

  I’ve added 15 credits to your account so that the amount paid for the domain renewal will be taken off the WordPress.com Premium renewal.
  I’ve also reconnected omraam-words-of-light.org and your WordPress.com Premium upgrade so this should not happen in the future.
