PROBLEM WITH DOMAIN RENWEING

  Hello,

  I am writing you regarding the renewal of my domain elenabrunello.com
  I failed to renew it on time on March 31st 2017 and seems like now i cannot renew it anymore..Can you please help me?

  elenabrunello.com seems to be in redemption period, so you will be charged an extra $80.00 redemption fee along with the regular renewal cost.

  NOTE:

  During the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.

  Hi Elena,

  elenabrunello.com expired on 2017-03-31and is currently in the redemption period:

  Domain Expiration

  You can still try to recover the domain but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee in addition to the regular domain renewal costs ($26). If you agree to these costs I can generate a payment request. Once that has been paid, I can start the process of trying to get your domain back.

  If you do not want to pay the fee, you can wait until the domain is released but there is no guarantee you will be the first to register it.

  Please let me know which option you would prefer.
