problem with editing the theme

    hi
    i have started learning theme designing for WordPress
    i installed wamp, loaded WordPress on it and installed my theme but now when i edit php files for my theme the changes don’t show and when i see the source of the page its the same old , unchanged file
    i have tried reloading the page anyway possible and cleaning the browser cache but it doesn’t work
    what should i do?
