Problem with elementor Pro

Hi team, so we are having a problem with our website. righ now im not able to access my account after I activated the elementor pro. now we are contacting our hosting site Godaddy to have my access fix and disable that elementor pro once more. problem is if we disble elementor pro it affects the theme we are using for our website. please give us guidelines as to how we are going to resolve this problem
