problem with email subscriptions

Hello,
I tried to let the same message in french, but apparently it’s no longer possible to have help in french !?
So, here is my problem : some of my readers have trouble to subscribe to my blog (LeJardindePantoufle2), and some already had trouble in the past with my first blog (same name but without the 2 at the end, the blog that I’m linked to in here).
I tried to make a test myself with one of my email adresse to make a tutorial for my readers, but unfortunetly, even if the blog told me that I will receive an email (after putting my mail in the “subscription by mail” bar), there is nothing in my mail box, even in spams.
So I have no idea what is the problem.
I saw an other topic about problems with orange adresses, but I precise that my “test mail adresse” is a hotmail one, and I receive nothing about subscription, and my administrator adresse is another hotmail adresse an it works perfectly.
So what can I do to make it work for my readers ???

It has been known for there to a be a lag with these emails, but this usually clears. Can you tell me the email address used please, so we can see what might be happening please.

I already know the french forum, like I said, I posted the same message in french first (in the french forum), but, there is no more staff to answer that kind of problem, only the benevols.
Where can I send you the email adresse ? (I only know the one I used to make the test, but I don’t know those of my readers who had the problem).

I have checked the spam box too, and there is nothing. I tried twice to subscribe with the same result.
