Problem with EXPORT Tool

When trying to export my content and click on “download export file” this message is displayed:
“An export for this site is already in progress. A download link will be sent to your email when the export has finished.
If you do not recognize this email address, please contact us for support.”
after more than 24 hours, i didn’t receive any email and this message is still there when i trying to export again.
please help me and reset export tool. i have 1500 posts and 40 pages.Thank you

Hi there,
It can take some time for exports to finish and be emailed to you, especially for larger sites. I just checked and that export finished. Did you receive the email with the export link?
If you need, you can also go back to Tools > Export to redo the export. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

also i can’t redo the export and this message is displayed when i click on download export file:

Hi there,
Sorry about that! There was an issue that caused the exporter to get stuck, and I just fixed that up for you. I asked our team to reset the exporter for you and will let you know as soon as that’s done. :)
