Problem with following an author

  Hello when I enter my email to follow an author, I am sent to WordPress but get this message ‘Your subscription did not succeed, please try again with a valid email address Does this mean there is a problem with the author’s website? If not what is the problem with my email?

  I was able to follow that site without a hitch.

  Are you able to tell me what browser you’re using along with any browser extensions in use please?

  Also, can you tell me if you’re able to follow the site after the browser cache is cleared please?

  It looks as if I had more success with accessing it on Chrome than Safari. Thanks for your help
