problem with font on post

I just wrote a post on my blog and the first paragraph seems to be in a different font from the rest. This has not happened before to any posts I’ve written. I don’t know much about HTML and yet I tried to change the color of the font in parts of this particular post. I probably made something go haywire while fiddling with the HTML. I wonder if there’s an easier way to change the color of the text? Anyway, if anyone has any ideas about how I can fix the font on this latest post… so that it all looks uniform, that would be very appreciated!!

I’m seeing all bold text on your front page. Is that what you want? Is that what you see? What browser are you using? I viewed your blog with Firefox 3.0.7.

Thanks for having a look. I use Firefox too. I chose bold for all posts because of the color I am using. It is to light not in bold and I want it to be easy to read. It doesn’t come across on my screen as necessarily looking “bold” though. Do you think the bold thing is what is making the first paragraph look different? It doesn’t look like a bold issue to me. It looks like a different font. Is that not showing up for you? -
It’s not a different font, just different line spacing. The source code of your post shows that you’ve got many wrong html tags (I guess because of repeated attempts at formatting). I suggest you copy all the text from the visual editor, switch to html and paste it there (so that the coding will disappear), then format it again.

yeah, I had too many repeated attempts to format, that’s for sure. I saw that the HTML was a mess but I didn’t know what to do…. so, I’ll try what you say….thanks.
