Problem with form contact of my website

Hello.
I have a big problem with my contact form of my website.
My website is : http://parieurprofessionnel.wordpress.com
When my visitors send me a message at this page : http://parieur-professionnel.com/contact/ i do not always receive this message in my inbox! i have done some test now and it doesn’t always work!
Could you help me please?

Commentaire: Bonjour!Did you receive it? I’m not aware of current issues affecting our email system. Messages sent through your contact form do go through our spam filtering. It might have been alerted when it noticed you sending messages repeatedly. In the future, please refrain from testing the form too many times to avoid such problems.

After some test, I noticed that I did not receive message when the word “cordialement” is in the message of my contact!! Please help me in order to remedy this problem…. It’s very annoying for me!

As I previously mentioned, testing your contact form many times alerts our spam filter, and that may be preventing your messages from being sent. I would take it easy on the testing to allow yourself to see if messages from real visitors go through. Thanks for your patience and best regards!

The problem is : i do not know if i receive all the mails of my visitors… It’s impossible for me to know that! Please do the same test that last week, but in stead of “bonjour”, write “cordialement”. I will see if it works…

Yes, our spam filter does tend to filter out one-word messages:
Avoid short, test messages (e.g. just entering “test”) or words that may be considered as spam.
