problem with Full administrator access on website

  Hello,
  I have an E-commerce website and I am the administrator of the website. Last week I don’t know what happens I am unable to install any plugin on the site, it not show me the editor option in Appearance and I unable to update WordPress version.

  What’s the URL of your site?

  Updating WordPress sounds like a site using self-hosted WordPress.org, while this forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites.

  No, the website is not hosted any of these servers. I have my own hosting cPanel account

  Well if your website isn’t hosted on WordPress.com, this forum can’t help you.
