Problem with Goodreads Widget

Dear All,
I added a Goodreads widget to my photo blog (I used instructions on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/goodreads-widget/). However, every time when I do so, I see following information above the field “Invalid User ID, please verify and re-enter your Goodreads numeric user ID”. I tried to put into the field different User IDs and this widget still does not work.
I would like to ask what could be a reason of this problem?

Hi there,
The most important thing when setting up the Goodreads Widget seems to be to make sure that you enter the correct numeric user ID. I’m thinking something may be going wrong with that process.
To make sure you have the correct user ID, you can sign into your Goodreads account here:
After you sign in, navigate to your profile by clicking the avatar in the top right corner of the site. Once you are on the profile page, you should see a number in the address bar at the top of your browser. I would make sure you have the correct numbers that are shown in the address bar, and make sure you are using only the numbers and not any of the words or dashes.

Once you have those numbers from you browser’s address bar, you should be able to use that as your numeric user ID and then use the Goodreads Widget.
