problem with guided transfer

    hi there,

    i paid for a guided transfer a week ago and still haven’t heard anything from a happiness engineer or anyone from wordpress. my website is www[dot]adamruzzo[dot]com. I’d like to be able to transfer everything over quickly, since my small business depends on it looking good. I would like to change the theme that it currently has.

    If someone could get back to me asap, I would appreciate it.

    Volunteers answering support questions cannot help you with this. It’s a paid upgrade so please contact Staff. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
