Problem with Guided Transfer

Hello, I bought a guided transfer yesterday and I’ve been having problems with inputting my hosting account info.
I was told by the error message to message [redacted] but I haven’t gotten any response since then and I really want to get this over with so I want to refund the guided transfer, but I don’t know how to do that.Can someone help me with the problem of refunding the guided transfer?

Some details on the matter:
I bought the guided transfer, and I have purchased hosting at BlueHost, so I clicked the corresponding options. However, when I put in my hosting account info, I received the error. -
Hi, I can see the Guided Transfer is actually already complete. Can you respond to that email thread you’ve had with them and send the team any questions you have? The Guided Transfer team has a dedicated staff that can get back with you much more quickly than we can here in the forums.
