Problem with images in ‘preview’

  I added some images, saved the draft, and hit preview. First, it kept taking me to the page that shows all of my posts. Then, when it finally showed me the preview of the one post I was working on, there were no images in it. I am putting my images in using links to my own Flickr page (which seems to be working just fine). I’ve put in lots of images before and previewed the post, but this is the first time it’s done this. How do I even know they’re there, let alone see them?
