Problem with import xml files from Xanga to WordPress

Why only I can import one xml file each day?
I downloaded 10 xml files from Xanga, which I understand Xanga normally will break up the files into few and I have to import separately.
However, I only able to import one file each day, until I receive the email notify me that import is finished then I only can import the next one. Although I can read the imported entries in my blog right after I import, I still have to wait the email then I only can start to import the next file.
I already imported 5 files in 4 days, yesterday morning around 11am in Malaysia here I imported the 5th file, I know I can’t import the next one until the email comes. Now the next day 11am (Malaysia time), I still can’t import the file because I still don’t get any email notify me the import is finished.
So it still appears that:

Processing…We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.

Is that the timezone problem? Or any problem with my account?

Please help! It’s been 48 hours, and still can’t find anybody to help me! I can’t import the new file for two days already!
