Problem with Instagram image embedding

I’d like to report that instagram URL embedding is having problems. Most of my posts use this technique and this morning (Australia time) I’ve noticed all my posts are showing instagram images from other people or nothing at all depending on the browser.

See this post http://gammagirl.wordpress.com/2013/05/18/instagram-love/ which should be displaying this image from my instagram account http://instagram.com/p/K_9jlWR_wm/ but which is displaying someone else’s instagram photo entirely (Kevin Systrom CEO & Co-founder of Instagram?!)

When I noticed most of my images were now Kevin’s I assumed this was a hack job. I’m assuming it’s related to the recent embedding announcement.
Who knows, I hope it’s fixed soon. The vast majority of my posts are made up of embedded instagram images.

I agree that it probably has to do with Instagram officially releasing their own embed code, which sadly does not work here. I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance. They’re the only ones who can check what’s happening. We’ll have to be patient until they get this sorted.
Further note to Staff: the oembed link in the post itself has not changed from what I posted above. It just embeds Kevin’s photo instead of mine.

Thanks for that. I’m not much of a forum user so I’m grateful for any help. I just posted old school uploading images from my Mac. It’s not as quick and easy and writing an entire post in a text editor and simply including Instagram URLs.
