problem with jetpack after mistaken log in from a diferent location

Hi, my blog is self-hosted, but this question is about jetpack. I tried to test my blog on a different site, and by mistake I logged on on wordpress.com as simonatache from that server. In the mean time, I realized I did something stupid and deactivated Jetpack on that other host, but now I cannot retrieve my stats on my original host, http://www.simonatache.ro. Please help me!
