Problem with Jetpack stats

My problem started yesterday. My site could not be accessed and I deactivated and removed Jetpack and then reinstalled it. My stats were showing again but there is something still wrong. I accessed my site on my PC a few times and those hits are not being counted. My hits on my phone are being counted and my totals for external hits seem to be way down. I called Bluehost they they said I have to get in touch with those responsible for the “plug in”

Yesterday they had upgraded my PHP at Bluehost to 7.4. They put it back to 7.3 and my stats appear to be working ok now. The question is why do they not work with 7.4 and will I have problems in the future due to this ?

Hi, it’s hard to see what the problem is now that it’s resolved, but 7.4 shouldn’t be a problem. If you upgrade again, can you confirm the site is connecting properly here?
