Problem with login

When I’ll try to edit my blog then I can’t log in.
Error appears and says ‘incorrect password’ and when I’m trying to recover password then appears another error. -

What’s the address of the site you’re trying to access? Are you doing this from the browser or our mobile app? What’s the second error you see, after you reset the password?

I can log in successfuly to my account on browser or mobile app, but when I try customize my site, then I need to log in second time, and then I can’t.
Second error is “ERROR: The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails. Get support for resetting your password.”

Ah, I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com so we won’t be able to help you. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
