Problem with Mailchimp configuration

I’m experiencing issues with signups to my Mailchimp list from my WordPress site. I’ve tried signing up from different email addresses and these are not being added to my subscriber list, neither do I get an email about a new subscriber. Thought this was an issue with Mailchimp itself, but the emails are being added when I use my Mailchimp landing page and the new subscriber email is sent.
The emails are not added when I try to sign up using two different WordPress plugins (Seedprod and Optin Monster), so it’s not an issue with one of them, I feel like there’s a lack of configuration between Mailchimp and WordPress today. Yesterday it worked fine with Seedprod (only published my Optin Monster campaign today, so couldn’t check before).
Also, the forms believe that they gather subscribers (when I click to check analytics), so I feel like both platforms function properly separately, but don’t want to correlate.
What can I do? I tried disconnecting and reconnecting my Mailchimp and WordPress plugins, tried generating and using a new API key on Mailchimp. Neither worked. I’m not sure what else I can do… Thanks in advance! -

Are you using the built-in MailChimp functionality that Jetpack offers or are you using another plugin? If it’s the former, then you need to seek help at the Jetpack forums:
