Problem with making payment for domain

    Hi. I have tried making the payment of Rs. 1260 for http://www.sasarawellness.com. I have tried my debit card 5 times and net banking 3 times. Payment is not going through. There is a problem with your payment gateway. Please verify and rectify. Let me know once it is working so that I can make the payment.

    Hi Rajiv,

    The payment is being properly processed on our end, but is failing on Net Banking’s end. This is most likely because you retried the payment several times in quick succession, in other words, each retry of the payment caused the previous payment which was still pending at the time, to fail.

    Net Banking payments can take up to five days to complete, and your last payment attempt is currently pending. Please don’t try to make a payment again, but give it a day or two for the payment to be processed. Let us know if nothing has changed by Thursday (either the plan being added to your account, or your payment being refunded).
