Problem with making payment for domain

Yesterday I tried making the payment of Rs. 1260 5 times with my debit card and thrice via net banking. I got a reply which I am finding hard to digest. If net banking fails, then why will the payment get deducted from my account? I had to try making the payment multiple times because the payment gateway showed error. My debit card was declined and no reason given. My bank says no money will be deducted as the problem is with the payment gateway.
To add to the aggravation, all the mails coming from WordPress are from a ‘do not reply’email address. It’s as if WordPress does not want to hear what their customers are experiencing when buying their products and services? Can someone who is responsible and has the patience to understand the customer’s issue please contact me to understand the problem and help? I would so appreciate it. -

I see that your card was declined. This means that no transaction occurred and you have not been charged anything.
As for why your card is declined, please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
