Problem with max filesize

    When i try to upload some plugins and themes theres is a message with you are out of max filesize.
    Im working in my XAMPP localhost.
    i have updatet the php.ini file but it isnt fixed.
    I have tried some plugins for maxfilesize but again it showing me that message.
    Updatet the htacces file but the same problem again.
