Problem with Meta Pixel Plugin

    I am trying to install the Meta Pixel on my website using the Meta Pixel plugin. My first attempt failed. When I try again, I am getting the following error: ” Previous disconnect still processing. A previous disconnect between ****(Facebook username) and WordPress App is still processing. Please select a different business or try again later.” I reached out to Meta support and they said the problem appears to be something between WordPress and the plugin and to contact WordPress support for help. Please advise how to proceed. Thanks!

    Thanks for that! To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Your site is not hosted with us (it’s hosted at Siteground), so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    You would first want to reach out to the developers who made the plugin for help. Since they created the plugin, they’re more familiar with how the plugin functions and are the best ones to help with the troubleshooting process. You can find their support forum here:
