problem with my account

    Hi, i was opening my site this morning and it says that my domain site is not yet registered? I clicked the said warning to register my account but it resulted of me having 2 accounts. It was working perfectly 3 days ago and whenever I open it now my recent blogs doesn’t appear. It’s either I have to a make a new blog again or start over. Because I have 2 accounts, I want to delete the other one as it has the same content as the other one. My apprehension is I might delete the site altogether and be left with no blogsite at all. What can I do. Should I delete the other one and keep one as it has the same address or delete the 2 and make a new one. Also I wanna retrieve the previous posts I made as it’s not appearing on both site. My blogsite domain is http://www.thepineappleeffect.com and my username is Happy Pineapple. I have you can help me out on this one and I hope for your immediate reply

    I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance as there does seem to be an issue at the moment. Please be patient while waiting for there reply as their presence on the weekend tends to be more limited.

    Hi there!

    It looks like the domain thepineappleeffect.com is on sale:

    http://who.is/whois/www.thepineappleeffect.com

    Since there’s not domain mapped to your WordPress.com site, there might have happened something and you didn’t managed to finalise the purchase.

    It also looks like that the site thepineappleeffect.wordpress.com is owned by another account–which presumably it’s yours as well. You might want to transfer the site to this account Happy Pineapple. Here’s how to do it:

    Once that’s done, and being logged in as Happy Pineapple, you can purchase the domain by following the steps listed at this link:

    Unfortunately, unless you have done a backup of your data, if you cleared the bin or emptied the site, no content can’t be retrieved :(
