Problem with my Account Manager

Hi! I’m having a problem: when I acess my Account Manager there’s nothing on it. It’s empty, so I can’t get the Authorization Code. I need to transfer my domain to another registrar.
Also, I need that my domain “maniadedecoracao.com” be unlocked for transfer, please. Right now, it’s showing this status:
“Status: clientTransferProhibited”.
Please, can you help me?
