Problem with my admin

    hello, on my site I asked Ostap Mykhalylyak to fix my eccommerce. He started doing it and now for 20 days he has disappeared and no longer answers my calls and my emails. He had logged into my site as an admin and changed the password, I would like my site back. How can we do since he no longer responds? A thousand thanks
