Problem with my avatar in Gravatar !

Hi, I’m French, speaks English very poorly and can not find direct support !!!
I have been selected in “gravatar” an image for each mail address, but the sites, the avatar does not match the correct email address. Does someone could point me in the right way forward to solve this problem? Thank you in advance to you! -
You can have only one gravatar for every account and every account must have a different email address.

Thank you for your answer, in fact I have an image (Gravatar) different and a different email address associated with each image. Three email addresses and three images. Each image associated with an email address. Only when I go on the site “https://www.themoviedb.org/” using the system “Gravatar” the picture of my account that appears is not the image I associate at this email address. This image is normally associated with another email address listed among one of the three. Thank you in advance for the help you can give me !

If I understand correctly, you have three separate Gravatar accounts connected to three separate emails. However, the correct image is not associated with the correct email on your site. Is that correct? If so, can you point me to the exact spot where your Gravatar is used incorrectly and let me know the email address you’re using for that Gravatar?
Please note, the email address will appear redacted in the forums, but it will be visible to staff.

The email address is correct, but the avatar is the logo of my company and I do not like to mix work and leisure.
But we have no choice! The site “ThemovieDB” uses your system “gravatar”. I changed my accounts ! I have a Gravatar account with an email address (recreation) associated with an image (red and white logo “MegaStream”). The second account is a professional email address and my company logo. On “MovieDB”, registration and identification on the site is done with my email address recreation, but it’s my company logo that appears. I hope I was clear in my explanations. Sur “MovieDB”, l’inscription et l’identification sur le site se fait avec mon adresse mail de loisir, mais c’est le logo de mon entreprise qui s’affiche. You see? Apparently, since I created two accounts, this has been fixed. For “Espacevip” above, it’s me. And here I am good logo (red and white). Everything is good! Except on the site “ThemovieDB” which always appear professional logo.

Do you mean when you visit the forum on ThemoveDB you see the wrong gravatar?
https://www.themoviedb.org/talkIf so, please make sure you are logged into the right account when you try to post. If you are logged into one of your other sites when you visit ThemoveDB, the wrong gravatar will appear.
If that’s not the problem, please share the e-mail address in question. Because your sites are self hosted, we don’t have access to the e-mail addresses in question unless you share them with us.

What do you mean by “sharing the email in question”?
For I am connected to the correct account and any other account, owning two. I use the Support Ticket System “UserVoice” and it displays the correct one avatar associated with my work mail address. On “Moviedb” I connect with my email address for leisure, but it is the same avatar (my professional logo) as that of UserVoice is displayed instead of the red and white avatar “MegaStream” (the that appears in this forum). Please give me the e-mail address you use on Moviedb. I need it to help you.
Please also send me a link to where you post on Moviedb. If I can see an example of the wrong image showing up it will be easier for me to help you.

This problem is with https://www.themoviedb.org/, not your Gravatar profile.
Try changing your e-mail address on the site, saving and then changing back.
If that doesn’t work, contact the owners of Themoviedb and report your problem here:

Change your email address has already been done on Themoviedb. There was more avatar but a gray square instead. Normal, since the new address is not saved in Gravatar. Then I registered my email again and the problem is back! Always the same avatar.
I have already written to Themoviedb, but still no response to date! I apparently can not even delete my account! I looked in the settings, I have found nothing! Le changement d’adresse mail a déjà été effectué sur Themoviedb. Il n’y avais plus d’avatar mais un carré gris à la place. Chose normale, puisque la nouvelle adresse n’est pas enregistrée dans Gravatar. Puis, j’ai enregistré à nouveau mon adresse mail et le problème est revenu ! Toujours le même avatar.
J’ai déjà écrit à Themoviedb, mais toujours aucune réponse à ce jour ! Je ne peux apparemment même pas supprimer mon compte ! J’ai cherché dans les paramètres, je n’ai rien trouvé ! J’essaye de les contacter encore par le forum (votre lien). Merci encore pour votre réactivité et votre suivi ! Bonne journée ! -

Themoviedb just answered me, it was a cache issue home.
Here’s a copy-paste of their answer:Hi Megastream,
We cache Gravatar lookups for 7 days which is why you didn’t see your change here right away. As you’ll see now, I cleared the cached response from Gravatar and we then correctly pulled the updated image.
I’ve created a new ticket to let users do this from their account page here.
