Problem with my blog

  Problem when I switched themes I have a page or post stuck on the first page I can not get rid of. I tried to go in to customize but it says loading but never does. I remember changing in that screen for the older theme but do not know if I will be able to do it there again if I ever get into that tool. Please can you help.
