Problem with my blog site

Please, I am having problem with my blog site. I can’t login to my blog. If I click on login the whole pages becomes blank. Nothing shows up. It started yesterday. Thanks for helping

Are you using Safari as a browser? Same thing happened to me today. I think its a compatibility issue between Safari and WordPress updates. If you clear your cache and cookies and it works,great. If not, try logging in via Chrome or Firefox meantime whilst they work on it.
Ensuring you have the latest updated Safari browser is recommended too. Seems to be a wordpress issue and their live chat support today told me they’re working on it.

As @paulveverka mentioned, we are aware of some editing issues with Safari and our developers are looking in to this at the moment. I recommend checking to see whether you are using the latest version of Safari and if not, running an update there. If that doesn’t help, please use another browser in the meantime.

Thank you login and writing is working fine now.
I think another long standing SAFARI issue is pages with large amounts of photos, i.e like large galleries. When editing those pages, the galleries NEVER show up on the VISUAL editor, but are clearly there on the HTML tab.
A bit of guesswork as to where they are and difficult to add to, other browsers are fine, but this has been an issue on SAFARI for many months, certainly for me. Hope thats sorted soon. Other than that, all is working fine.

Thank you very much. I was able to log in both Safari and the Chrome. They are all working perfectly.
Problem Identified: I am having the problem with my article’s pictures showing on facebook if published. Pictures with the articles do not show but the content is ok.
Can anything be done about it?

Please include your version number for Safari and Mac OS. Can you also please check if you see any console errors when trying to edit a gallery? If you do, please take screen shots of the errors and upload them to your media library at My Site ->Media.
Tag the thread with “modlook” to make sure staff sees it.

@chinasavirgil, those three photos are hotlinked from other sites and the featured image in the first one is 16.2MB, the second and third ones do not actually have an image link but seems to be some sort of query string.
In the case of the first image, that is above the image sizd and file size limit for Facebook and other social media sites, so they will not pull that one in.
For the second and third, the social media sites are looking for actual image urls rather than a query string, so those also will not be used.
It is best to upload your images to your media library and make sure they are optimized for the web.
You can use the FB debug tool and enter each of those post urls to see the image errors.
