Problem with my domain

    Hello. I am the owner of the domain anglickylip.cz. The contents of this domain has been now redirected to anglickylip.wordpress.com, probably because of the technical problem with the annual payment that wasn’t submitted in time. What can I do to get a working website back?

    Hi there,

    The domain, anglickylip.cz, was mapped to a site on WordPress.com two days ago. Prior to that, this domain has never been connected to any site or account with us.

    Neither that domain mapping upgrade, nor the site the domain is mapped to, belong to the kupkam account you’re using to post here. If you bought the domain mapping upgrade for that domain, log out of this account, and log back in as the username you used to buy that upgrade, and you’ll be able to manage it.

    If you don’t want the domain to point to us on WordPress.com, but actually want to use it on a WordPress website hosted somewhere else, you need to contact the domain provider where you have that domain registered to point it back where it used to.
