Problem with my domain
-
I purchased the domain name “countrycouturier.com” through WordPress and have just purchased hosting through ipage. Now ipage tells me that I must contact Wild West Domains, LLC and request them to point the nameserver to ipage at ns1.ipage.com and ns2.ipage.com. I don’t know how to contact them.

Hi there!
You don’t have to contact Wild West Domains. All your domain mapping can take place here at Store → My Domains in your Dashboard. Or you can click directly on the link below:
https://countrycouturier.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domainsOnce in your My Domains page, click Edit Domain next to countrycouturier.com.
Then, click the Name Servers tab.
Right now, your domain is “pointing” to your WordPress.com site. Change your settings from “Use WordPress.com name servers” to “Use the custom name servers listed below.”
Then add those two name servers provided ipage.
Save your changes.
After adjusting your DNS settings, it can take up to 72-hours for the adjustments to appear correctly internet-wide. So, please be patient if you don’t see the custom domain working properly immediately.
If I can help further, please don’t hesitate to drop me another line. Thanks so much!
