problem with my website from wordpress

  Hello. Now I have website of http://www.weec2019.org and I am the one of admin who helps inputting information onto the website, such as pages, post and others.
  But today, while I am doing new plugin of WP mail stmp, I found it cannot be done yet and the website cannot get through!
  Now I can visit only https://www.weec2019.org/ (the home page) only. I cannot go to any menu at all!!!! And importantly, I cannot do https://www.weec2019.org/wp-admin in order to log in. It said This page isn’t working http://www.weec2019.org is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500

  I asked my co-web developer, he said he didn’t do anything. Then I need to check it out, with wordpress !
