problem with nameserver settings

Hello,
We have a big problem with the name servers / DNS settings of the website.
The primary website is http://www.mementoitalyinstyle, which was created 1 year ago. It has the following settings which are correct:
These settings point to our main website (the new one, created about 1 year ago):
However, before creating this website, we had a test website which is mementoitalyinstyleblog.wordpress.com which had different content and design.
The problem that started to happen today is that when we type mementoitalyinstyle.com in the browser, an actual OLD website appears, and not the correct one (not the new one as on the photo above).
If If go to name servers and press ”save” to save the same name servers again (as on the screenshot above), the problem disappers, and then the correct (new) website appears on mementoitalyinstyle.com. However, this effect lasts only 30 minutes approximately. After 30 minutes, then again the old website appears on the same address and I have to repeat the procedure again – go to the name servers, click ”save”. This has been happening continiously for 24 hours.
